Brady's racing career started like most racers, he spent many weekends watching his Dad Rod Bencken storm the Mid-West in the Late Model Division. Then, in 2014 Brady began his racing career with piloting his 1st IMCA Hobby Stock. After a slow start in his rookie season, it was time to set his "eye on the prize" and start making a name for himself in Northwest Kansas.
In 2015 Brady pick up his first of many Marquee wins, with an exciting finish to the Heartwell Memorial in Colby, Kansas. 2016, Brady followed that up with a Track Championship at the Thomas County Speedway in Colby, Kansas, but it was the win at the Fall Nationals Fueled by Casey's at the Legendary RPM Speedway in Hays, Kansas that was the highlight of the season. In the Victory Lane interview he said "I get my name on the T-Shirt!" He came back to reign as Champion of the event in 2018.
Success was once again seen by the 711 team during the 2017 season. It was showcased with a win during the ever so popular Spring Nationals at the Beatrice Speedway in Beatrice, Nebraska. The season ended with Championships at RPM Speedway and a repeat at the Thomas County Speedway.
With a trip to Texas for the Annual Ice Breaker Challenge at the Abiline Speedway in early February, Brady put the 711 on the box the first weekend out. The season was up and down, but after a trip to the World Nationals at the famed Marshalltown Speedway, things got Brady Bencken Fast! He visited Victory Lane and the Champion of the Fall National XII Fueled by Casey's at his home track the RPM Speedway in Hays, Kansas.
With 50 plus Feature Wins, 2019 looks to be another great year for Brady and the 711 Team. Thanks for following us, and we hope to see you at the track soon!
